Born in Lucerne Switzerland, Roger has a master's degree in hotel management. As so many others have done, Roger came to Vail one year for the skiing and never left! He is a certified Swiss ski instructor and has been a resident of Vail for twelve years, Roger travels to Switzerland, Austria, Italy and France to meet with independent distributors. He is always searching for product that is unique and exclusive. Roger has created a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the store. He strives to provide a level service that is unsurpassed in the Vail Valley

Jeff was born and raised in New England and has called Vail home for twenty-three years. His background includes positions with in the skiing industry as well as five years of international importing expertise. He is active in the community guest services program, helping visitors find their way around the mountain.
